Refund and Returns Policy

At VintageBanker.net, we specialize in authentic vintage banking memorabilia — including old bank bags, rubber stamps and accessories, coin wrappers, vintage silver, and related collectibles. Each piece has its own history and character, so we handle returns and refunds with care and fairness.

Return Period

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date.
If 30 days have passed since your order, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
  • Items must include any original packaging, tags, or labels.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards or digital products
  • Downloadable or electronic content
  • Perishable items (such as printed materials that deteriorate)
  • Health, sanitary, or personal care goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable items, or liquids

Because many of our vintage items are one-of-a-kind, we may not be able to provide replacements or identical exchanges.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after several business days:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — processing times can vary.
  3. Contact your bank for any additional posting delays.

If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at Help@VintageBanker.net.

Sale Items

Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to the address above.

  • You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount.
  • For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
